Hello, I'm Gail Williams. I've worked as a Doula in Phoenix for over 18 years, dedicating a significant portion of my career to serving the South Phoenix and Maryvale communities. After a decade of offering prenatal and postpartum doula support, I advanced to become a Doula Trainer through Health Connect One. My focus shifted to training new birth workers, especially doulas of color, in my community. As a mother of four children, my oldest son Mateo is 13, and I have 3-year-old twin daughters, Kameelah & Jameelah, along with my youngest daughter Vida who is 2. I aim to inspire women facing similar challenges by sharing my journey of balancing life, motherhood, overcoming postpartum depression, rediscovering my identity, and venturing into entrepreneurship. It's crucial for them to realize they are not alone in this path.
